Prakash was managing the outsourcing operations for JPMorganChase Bank in India before moving on to set up PatodiaInc. He has vast knowledge and exposure on offering solutions to clients by way of process improvement and optimization thus, resulting in higher productivity and lower cost of operations for them. He was the first employee of the outsourcing operations of JPMorganChase Bank to be awarded the Global Employee of the Year award across 150,000 employees worldwide. In addition, twice he was also awarded the second highest level of award in the bank. He was responsible for transitioning and managing the operations.

Prior to JPMorganChase Bank, Prakash spent a few years working with Wipro and World Network Services (A Warburg Pincus Company). He was responsible for their American Express Cards Phone Centre process and British Airways Customer Relations process respectively.

He is a Post Graduate in Commerce from University of Mumbai and have done a thesis on "Controlling Attrition in Call Centre Industry".
